1950 MORRIS MINOR LOWLIGHT MM - £8,500

Morris Minor Lowlight, June 1950. Much care has gone into retaining the original features and detailing of this vehicle during my ownership. Very original car, original floor (still has the tar paper on it) and interior, including the loose cloth head lining boards. Original glass rear Lucas Lamps. Rare Chrome removable radiator grill. Correct steel front and rear wings. Correct Lucas front headlights. Original short bonnet hinges. Original rear slender point boot hinges. Correct petrol cap. Rare original tool roll with screw jack & starter handle. Work done: Replacement carpets. New chrome wheel hubs. Rebuilt engine including unleaded conversion by well known Morris Minor Owner Club specialist. Complete rewire with correct period braided loom. New rear springs. Reconditioned original front hydraulic dampers. New wheel cylinders. New master cylinder. New flexi hoses. Replacement tyres. New distributor. New coil. New regulator box. New SU fuel pump. Original radiator re-cored. New water hoses. Car had a Heritage Certificate, lots of history and invoices for work done. Previous condition class winner at Morris Minor Owners Club National Rally.
