Offered here is a rare and highly collectible Vincent Rapide Series C paired with a period-correct Steib sidecar, exemplifying the pinnacle of post-war British motorcycling The Vincent twin-cylinder Rapide, produced between 1936 and 1955, was powered by Vincent’s legendary 998cc V-twin engine, delivering around 55bhp and capable of speeds exceeding 110mph – exceptional performance for its era The addition of the Steib sidecar transforms this iconic motorcycle into a stylish and practical touring machine, historically favoured by riders seeking both speed and passenger comfort German-made Steib sidecars are renowned for quality and styling with a spacious single-seat cabin and proper suspension Part of Jim Richardson's collection and well set up for touring, with plenty of luggage space UK-registered with a current V5C (Historic) and transferable registration.
