Volvo 121, many new parts including: brake and clutch, hydraulics, wishbone bushes, servo, had new B20 engine in 2016, it has 123 ignition, alternator, newish radiator, had new inner wings and paint a while ago. No rot but a few rust spots here and there. Starts and drives as it should.
